Job summary

Caelum Research Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead IT projects for DoD stakeholders at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk, and coordinate across government leads, vendors, and technical teams.

Responsibilities include forming detailed work plans, tracking progress, and ensuring compliant, Government-ready publications and software deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT projects from concept through final deliverable.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of DoD technical publication standards and lifecycle.
• Must have active DoD – Secret clearance and PMI certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through final implementation and deliverables.
• Coordinate with end users, government leads, vendors, and teams.
• Develop work plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports.
• Conduct project meetings and risk management activities.
• Ensure quality, traceability, and government-ready deliverables.
