Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant IT project management experience.
• PMI certification is required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Experience applying CMMI, Lean, ITIL and Six Sigma to IT projects and BPM processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead IT projects from concept through implementation.
• Define scope, objectives, work plans, schedules, estimates, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with end users, client services, and vendors; manage risks and issues.
• Prepare and deliver IT project plans and risk management documentation.
• Develop SOPs and process guidance; deliver training materials.
• Conduct quarterly quality assurance audits and report findings.
