Job summary

Caelum Research Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead an IT program comprised of multiple projects at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The PM will plan, execute, and evaluate operations, manage budgets and personnel, and liaise with Government customers and stakeholders in a dynamic, secure environment.

The role requires active DoD – Secret clearance and PMI certification, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing multifaceted IT programs or related projects including fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources responsibilities.
• Ability to coordinate Government stakeholders, technical leads, and contractor teams; resolve issues; and oversee services in classified and unclassified environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct program performance, supervise contractor personnel, allocate resources, and coordinate related IT activities to meet customer requirements.
• Lead planning and scheduling activities; maintain Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), cost estimates, and cost/resource management controls.
• Prepare and deliver Transition Work Plans and Draft Operational Work Plans describing the approach for mission accomplishment.
• Coordinate Government-directed support across applicable PWS task areas to maintain continuity of operations across the contract.
