Job summary

Amazon connects AWS Applied AI Solutions with customers worldwide, seeking a Sr. Product Manager Tech for Amazon Connect.

You will own the roadmap and end-to-end delivery of RTC features, specify pricing strategies, and write detailed BRDs/PRDs built on customer use cases and success metrics. You will partner with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and collaborate across teams to enable seamless integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience.
• 5+ years of Technical Product Manager experience.
• 3+ years of technical experience (software, networks, IT).
• 7+ years of full product lifecycle experience.
• 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience.
• 5+ years of creating written docs for development of new products.
• 5+ years of enterprise security product experience.
• 5+ years of product management in cloud computing space.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics.
• Experience taking a product from conception through engineering to market.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS/PaaS or LaaS products managing full lifecycle from concept to GTM

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and end-to-end delivery for RTC features and capabilities.
• Define product strategy and pricing for your owned area with clear BRDs/PRDs and success metrics.
• Analyze support tickets, customer feedback, and usage data to identify high-impact feature gaps.
• Partner with engineering to balance scope, quality, and speed for on-time delivery.
• Drive end-to-end feature launches including design, development, testing, and GA launch.
• Coordinate dependencies across Amazon Connect teams for seamless RTC integration.
• Engage enterprise customers to validate direction and unblock adoption and revenue growth.
• Define and monitor success metrics; perform post-launch analysis and iterate for adoption.
• Contribute to strategic planning with data-driven proposals for investments and resources.
