LeoForce is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily and student housing projects in Lexington, KY. This mid-level role focuses on delivering high-value builds on schedule and within budget, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring safety and quality standards throughout the lifecycle of each project.

The first project is based in Lexington with limited travel to our Midwest office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management.
• Experience with multi-family construction or Student Housing construction.
• Experience with projects $20M+.
• Note: the first project will be located in Lexington with limited travel to our Midwest office.
