Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing complex technical projects within pharmaceutical, OTC, medical device, cosmetic, or CDMO environments.
• 5+ years of Clinical Pharmaceutical/RX Project Management Experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex, high-risk, strategic customer projects across all phases.
• Direct projects through development, validation, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
• Develop strategies aligning customer expectations with operational capabilities.
• Serve as executive-level project leader for key strategic accounts.
• Mentor project managers and advance PMO standards and governance.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and resource allocation.
