Job summary

Atalnt Llc in Long Beach, CA is seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager to own projects from contract award through final completion. This in-person role requires managing multiple projects, maintaining documentation, and delivering on schedule and budget.

The ideal candidate has specialty subcontractor experience, particularly with DSA/public works and detailed project documentation. Growth opportunities and a regional SoCal exposure are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction PM, assistant PM, or project engineer roles.
• 5-6 years of experience preferred.
• Specialty subcontractor and complex projects experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, scheduling, financial tracking, and project closeout.
• Bluebeam experience preferred.
• Based in Long Beach office Tuesday through Thursday

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Manage project startup, planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects at different construction stages.
• Prepare and coordinate submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Identify, price, track, and manage change orders.
• Coordinate material procurement and equipment needs.
• Monitor budgets, job costs, billing, and financial performance.
• Track progress and address schedule, cost, and coordination issues.
• Participate in preconstruction meetings, job walks, and coordination meetings.
• Serve as main contact for general contractors, customers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with field teams on manpower, sequencing, site logistics and requirements.
• Manage inspection, testing, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain project documentation using Bluebeam.
• Manage punch lists, closeout docs, and final completion.
• Foster strong customer and project stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and profitably.
