The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of DSA/public works experience with established GC firms, strong scheduling skills, and a record of leading project teams through full lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience dedicated to DSA/public works.
• Experience delivering educational, municipal or government facilities for reputable GC contractors.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance.
