Rapid Construction Solutions LLC in Florida is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial self-storage facility builds across the Southeast. You will oversee design, procurement, and field teams from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and strict safety standards.

The role requires at least 5 years in commercial construction, strong leadership of multi-site crews, proficiency in project schedules using MS Project, and travel along the East Coast as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead field Superintendents and multi-site project teams.
• Strong proficiency in reading construction drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word for project documentation.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites along the East Coast.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations for multiple projects to meet timelines and safety standards.
• Supervise and mentor field Superintendents to ensure quality installations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and owners to define scopes.
• Develop and manage construction schedules using MS Project.
• Manage budgets, estimates, and change orders to meet financial goals.
• Facilitate project closeout, punch lists, and client walkthroughs.
