ou will serve as a high-impact leader managing the design and execution of premier self-storage facilities across the Southeast. This role empowers you to oversee multi-million dollar projects from inception to completion while managing diverse field teams. You will drive excellence in a company that has completed over $100 million in projects and values professional accountability.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Direct day-to-day operations for multiple commercial projects to ensure strict adherence to timelines and safety standards.
• Supervise and mentor field Superintendents to guarantee high-quality installations and compliance with company protocols.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and building owners to define complex project scopes and build-out requirements.
• Develop and manage comprehensive construction schedules using Microsoft Project to maintain project transparency.
• Manage project budgets, estimates, and change orders to ensure financial objectives and cost-control measures are met.
• Facilitate project closeout procedures, including punch lists and client walkthroughs, to ensure total customer satisfaction.

• Strong proficiency in reading construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
