Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Permanent Project Manager for Commercial Construction to join our Atlanta team. You will oversee all phases from planning to completion, manage budgets, schedules, and safety, and coordinate with architects and engineers in a dynamic self-storage project environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, 3+ years in commercial PM, and proficiency with Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is required.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar PM software.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle from initiation to completion.
• Managing commercial construction projects to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Ensuring safety regulations and quality standards are met.
• Utilizing Procore to track progress, docs, and communication.
• Conducting site inspections to ensure conformance to design and safety.
