Job summary

Ceres Environmental Operations seeks a senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale construction and disaster recovery programs, from pre-construction planning through closeout. You will own the full P&L, coordinate multi-site teams, and drive performance across schedule, cost, and risk in fast-paced environments.

Travel is extensive (Sarasota, FL to Houston, TX and CONUS), with leadership over Superintendents and field crews, client interfaces, and strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 12+ years of progressive construction or disaster recovery experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale projects and multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large horizontal construction and disaster recovery projects.
• Oversee Blue Roof operations during disaster response and FEMA/USACE compliance.
• Maintain full P&L ownership including budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization.
• Serve as primary client interface, including government agencies.
• Mentor Superintendents and field leadership across multiple sites.
