Job summary

Supplied Talent in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the next phase of our platform’s evolution. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to define product strategy, prioritize improvements, and lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality enhancements at scale.

You’ll conduct discovery, write PRDs, break down work into Epics and Stories, and lead Agile ceremonies while managing risks and integrations with external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience at a software company.
• Experience with accounting, billing, payments, or financial systems.
• Detail-oriented with thoroughness and accuracy.
• Owns product areas and drives clarity and momentum.
• Comfortable discussing data flows and API contracts with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery on new features with business requirements, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
• Write PRDs detailing objectives, architecture impacts, data flows, and API contracts; validate with stakeholders.
• Break down requirements into Epics and Stories with UI/UX, logic, API dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives.
• Communicate risks, blockers, and timeline changes early to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Define integration strategies, data contracts, and API design with engineering leads.
• Collaborate on integrations with external partners and internal platform teams.
• Test and validate features before release.
• Develop deep expertise in Monument’s product and customer use cases.
