Job summary

Monument is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the next evolution of its platform. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to define strategy, prioritize improvements, and lead a team of engineers to deliver scalable features.

Responsibilities include discovery, writing PRDs, breaking work into Epics/Stories, and driving Agile ceremonies. You will manage integration strategies and data contracts with a focus on data integrity and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role at a software company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery on new features with analysis of business requirements, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.
• Write PRDs detailing objectives, system impacts, data flows, and API requirements; validate with customers and stakeholders.
• Break down requirements into Epics and Stories with UI/UX, business logic, API dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives.
• Communicate risks and blockers early to keep timelines and stakeholders aligned.
• Define integration strategies, data contracts, and API design for scalability with engineering leads.
• Collaborate on integrations with external partners and internal teams to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Test and validate features before release, covering edge cases.
