Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Safety Culture Strategy and Transformation Senior Project Manager to lead strategic safety culture transformation efforts and build cross-functional partnerships across employees and leadership.

You’ll advise executive leadership and design, develop and implement safety culture transformation initiatives that support the roadmap to eliminating serious injuries and fatalities.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or related field.
• Ten (10) years’ experience leading large-scale OD and/or change management projects.
• Experience collaborating with leadership across departments and vendors to develop solutions and gain buy-in.
• Experience coordinating business readiness activities including stakeholder analysis, change interventions, training, and communications.
• Experience achieving outcomes through negotiation and influence.
• Project Management Certification

Responsabilités

• Manages activities of one or more large, mid to long-term projects with responsibility for costs, methods and outcomes.
• Develops business plans, objectives and initiatives for the organization.
• Provides inputs to organizational objectives and ensures delivery of results.
• Engages regularly with senior management as a key consultant on critical business issues.
• Identifies and manages major or complex project issues to meet goals and timelines.
• Implements and maintains key strategic metrics for project effectiveness.
• Manages resource planning and aligns project strategies with regulatory requirements when applicable.
• Analyzes portfolio performance and financial reporting; reports status to stakeholders.
• Identifies and addresses project performance issues promptly.
