Job summary

Infotech is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap and mobile strategy for Appia, Doc Express, and Infotech's mobile solutions, including Mobile Inspector and CivilX Inspect. You’ll align with DOT/AASHTOWare and commercial customers, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.

The role emphasizes a strategic product voice, end-to-end delivery, and collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure a field-ready mobile experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience driving product prioritization, trade-offs, and delivery timelines in a product owner or product management capacity.
• Experience with Agile software development and Scrum processes.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS concepts and the software development life cycle.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional team management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for Appia, Doc Express, and Infotech's mobile solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, and Customer Operations to translate insights into requirements.
• Balance priorities, budgets, and timelines to deliver a cohesive mobile experience across the portfolio.
• Be the go-to voice for your products internally.
