Job summary

Porch Group is seeking a hands-on Product Manager for Inspection Software to drive execution across ISN, Home Inspector Pro, and Palmtech. You’ll translate strategy from the Head of Product into clear requirements, roadmaps, and high-quality shipped features, collaborating with engineers and ensuring strong UX.

The role requires 6+ years in product management with a technical background, experience mentoring junior PMs, and a data-driven approach using Jira/Confluence, Pendo or Canny.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, including work with engineering teams on technical products.
• Strong technical background for architecture discussions and tradeoffs.
• Proven UX leadership shaping usability and design quality.
• Experience mentoring junior PMs/APMs.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and customer feedback tools.
• Excellent written communication for specs and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the product roadmap for one or more inspection software brands.
• Engage in technical conversations with engineering on architecture and constraints.
• Drive UX outcomes and improve usability across features.
• Mentor Associate Product Managers and coach on prioritization.
• Lead weekly demos and quarterly leadership demos.
• Maintain Jira and Confluence documentation.
• Coordinate end-to-end launches with timelines and QA sign-off.
• Use customer feedback to inform prioritization and identify gaps.
