Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a part-time Senior Client-Side Project Manager to oversee a SaaS implementation and Oracle NetSuite integration remotely. The role focuses on governance, vendor oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure readiness, go-live, and stabilization.

The candidate will manage data migration scope, coordinate with finance/IT and external services, and support UAT, acceptance criteria, and post-launch activities. This is a remote, part-time contract engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS implementations and ERP integrations.
• Strong vendor oversight and governance skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and vendor oversight with plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risk reviews, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate with VP sponsor, project lead, and SMEs for timely reviews and decisions across departments.
• Oversee data migration scope, validation, reconciliation, and legacy-data considerations.
• Coordinate NetSuite integration activities across client finance/IT, Oracle services, and external partners.
• Plan and coordinate UAT, defect prioritization, training, and readiness for go-live.
• Support go-live and stabilization, track post-launch issues, and coordinate handover and closeout.
• Produce governance artifacts aligned to milestones and decision logs.
