Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Client-Side Project Manager for a remote, part-time engagement overseeing a SaaS implementation and Oracle NetSuite integration. The PM will govern vendor relationships, coordinate internal teams, and manage risks through go-live and stabilization.

The role emphasizes independent oversight, business readiness, and executive-level reporting, with flexible W2/corp-to-corp options and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a client-side PM for SaaS implementations with ERP integrations.
• Experience overseeing data migrations with historical records and prior-platform lineage.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive timely approvals.
• Strong risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
• UAT coordination, training readiness, and cutover planning experience.
• Familiarity with finance interfaces and ERP integration acceptance criteria.
• Part-time availability for ongoing governance and milestone oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and vendor oversight by reviewing plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and status, challenging risks or gaps, maintaining logs, and preparing concise executive reports.
• Coordinate internally with the VP sponsor, internal project lead, and functional SMEs to secure timely reviews, participation, decisions, and approvals across departments.
• Oversee legacy data migration scope, validation, reconciliation plans, and exception handling to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate NetSuite integration activities across client finance/IT, plotting decisions, dependencies, testing, and owner acceptance.
• Plan and coordinate client participation in UAT, defect prioritization, training, and operating-process readiness.
• Support go-live and stabilization by consolidating readiness findings and tracking post-launch issues.
