Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Product Manager to advance the Ground Control Station (GCS) product line, moving from customized configurations to a scalable, common platform. You will own strategy, roadmap, and productization to standardize GCS for connected warfare and other divisions, acting as customer advocate and cross-divisional liaison.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management for complex hardware with real-time software integration.
• Ability to standardize customized hardware and software into a scalable product.
• End-to-end product lifecycle mastery from MVP to launch and scale.
• Strong cross-functional relationships across engineering and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Establish baseline by partnering with engineering leads and other business lines to identify friction points.
• Define a 12-month GCS roadmap with core hardware/software interfaces for easy integration.
• Drive internal adoption of the GCS platform across Anduril business lines.
• Manage full lifecycle from requirements to hardware sourcing, software integration, and go-to-market.
• Consolidate customized systems into a cohesive, scalable product ready for sale.
• Align across divisions to balance needs while keeping the baseline unified.
