Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Manager to advance the Ground Control Station (GCS) product line from customized configurations to a scalable, common platform. You will own strategy, roadmap, and productization to unify and standardize the GCS interface across divisions, becoming the primary customer advocate and cross-functional connector.

• 7+ years of product management experience with complex hardware products that tightly integrate with real-time software.
• Ability to clean up disparate, highly customized hardware/software states and standardize into a scalable product.
• End-to-end product lifecycle mastery from MVP through launch and scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead baseline and roadmap for GCS hardware/software interfaces across divisions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on a 12-month GCS roadmap.
• Ensure internal adoption of the GCS platform across Anduril business lines.
• Oversee lifecycle from requirements to hardware sourcing and software integration to launch.
