Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the GCS product line, transitioning it from customized configurations into a scalable, common platform.

You will own the strategy, roadmap, and productization efforts required to standardize GCS and enable multiple divisions to build on and integrate with the platform. This role demands cross‑functional collaboration and a focus on lifecycle management from concept to scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with physical hardware integrated with real‑time software.
• Ability to clean up disparate, highly customized states and standardize them into a cohesive product.
• End‑to‑end lifecycle mastery from MVP through hardware sourcing, software integration, and scaling.
• Build strong relationships across multiple business lines to drive adoption of a standardized interface.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across engineering and business stakeholders.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Establish the Baseline: understand GCS baselines and identify friction points for a shared platform.
• Define the Roadmap: secure cross‑functional alignment on a 12‑month GCS roadmap.
• Drive Adoption: achieve internal adoption across Anduril business lines.
• Own the Full Lifecycle: manage from requirements to launch and scaling.
• Consolidate & Productize: standardize disparate systems into a cohesive, scalable product.
• Align Across Divisions: build relationships to unify hardware interfaces across teams.
