Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Manager to mature the Ground Control Station (GCS) into a scalable, common platform. You will own strategy, roadmap, and productization to enable cross-team integration and ensure GCS becomes the default interface for tactical edge commands.

7+ years of product management experience with hardware products.
Ability to unify disparate systems into a cohesive product.
End-to-end lifecycle management across hardware and software.
Ability to build relationships across business lines.
Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-functional teamwork.
Eligible for active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Establish the Baseline by diving into GCS baselines and partnering with engineering leads.
Define the Roadmap with a 12-month cross-functional alignment for core interfaces.
Drive Adoption across Anduril business lines to build on or integrate GCS.
Own the Full Lifecycle from requirements to launch, sales enablement and scaling.
Consolidate & Productize by standardizing disparate systems into a cohesive product.
Align Across Divisions to balance needs while keeping baseline unified.
