Job summary

Remote is looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Remote Build team, a critical role focused on integrating AI capabilities into our HR platform.

The successful candidate will lead the development of custom connectors and applications while directly influencing product strategy. This position offers the opportunity to work asynchronously, a competitive salary range of $149,750 to $168,500, and comprehensive benefits, all while empowering employees to find their best work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping agent-facing or AI-native product surfaces.
• Ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code.
• Track record on platform, API, or developer-facing products.
• Experience building a new product line from scratch.
• Understanding of how product components contribute to revenue.
• Ability to build trusted customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own demand signals and unit economics.
• Make deploying standard connectors fast and predictable.
• Build and productize new connectors for custom integrations.
• Run engagement models and outputs for custom apps.
• Productize recurring services into scalable processes.
• Partner with teams to ensure successful engagements.
• Provide actionable feedback to platform and feature teams.
