Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Product Management experience.
• Ownership of PRDs, strategy documents, launch materials, roadmaps, and exec briefs.
• Proficiency with JTBD, Opportunity Solution Trees, and prioritization frameworks.
• Exceptional English writing and ability to tailor for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic PM scenarios covering product specs, launch reviews, executive updates, strategy decisions, and cross-functional communications.
• Create gold-standard PM deliverables showing senior-level clarity and strategic thinking.
• Develop and evaluate PRDs, launch memos, roadmap decks, executive presentations, strategy briefs, and product docs.
• Review AI-generated PM outputs for structure, prioritization, depth, and stakeholder clarity.
• Develop rubrics defining objective quality standards for PM communications and deliverables.
• Distinguish leadership-level work from strong drafts and early-stage outputs.
• Identify and annotate common PM failure modes like vague objectives and weak prioritization.
• Evaluate whether recommendations balance customer needs, business goals, technical constraints.
