Job summary

IntegriChain in Philadelphia seeks a Product Manager who turns data into decisions. You will own reporting and analytics end-to-end—from discovery through delivery and adoption—driving outcomes, not just outputs.

You’ll operate at the center of Product, Data Science, Engineering, and customer teams to translate reporting needs into scalable, self-service solutions. This role focuses on data-heavy, operationally critical work, requiring strong analytical judgment and the ability to turn messy

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Product Management or a related role building reports and reporting systems.
• Gathers requirements from business stakeholders and translates them into report and dashboard designs.
• Proven track record designing self-service reporting systems that reduce ad hoc requests.
• Hands-on familiarity with BI tools and SQL; comfortable with relational data models.
• Experience within US Healthcare and Life Sciences data environments is a strong plus.
• Ability to influence and communicate with executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and modern product lifecycle management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the multi-quarter roadmap for reporting and analytics products.
• Gather and translate reporting requirements into clear specifications.
• Lead discovery activities with customers and internal users.
• Design reporting systems and dashboards with self-service capabilities.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Lead release planning and readiness for reporting features.
• Facilitate roadmap reviews and prioritization with senior leaders.
• Represent the reporting product in customer conversations and translate feedback.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to estimate initiatives.
• Monitor report adoption and identify where additional design is needed.
