The position may be remote or hybrid, depending on the candidate’s commute to a hub location on the East Coast.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Proven track record leading large, complex projects with significant resources and risk.
• Healthcare industry experience required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at a high level.
• Proficient in project and program methodologies.
• Experience in mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end cross-functional project management for evaluating and operationalizing new products and initiatives.
• Lead high-level, large, and complex projects with significant resource requirements and risks.
• Develop project plans and ensure timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate strategies and progress to executive leadership through high-level presentations.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to identify needs and develop innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior staff and foster professional development.
• Drive process improvements across the product delivery and evaluation lifecycle.
