Job summary

RBC Wealth Management-US is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Cash Products to evolve the cash management suite for HNW and UHNW clients. You will own debit cards, checks, and wires, delivering a seamless, private-banking digital experience that integrates cash with investments.

You will collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Advisor teams to ensure AML/KYC standards and user-friendly interfaces across channels. This role requires strong leadership and senior stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management within Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Consumer Digital Banking.
• Understanding of payment rails (ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT) and debit card processing lifecycle.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with engineering teams to deploy APIs/microservices.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year roadmap for operational cash, prioritizing features that reduce friction in moving and spending money.
• Benchmark RBC cash products against competitors to ensure market-leading experience.
• Lead the delivery of new banking features, focusing on Wires and Digital Debit Card management.
