Job summary

RBC Wealth Management seeks a Senior Product Manager for Wires & ACH to shape the private banking payment experience. You will own the multi-year roadmap for domestic and international transfers, drive real-time processing, and collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Financial Advisors to meet AML/KYC standards.

You will partner with Consumer Digital Product teams to integrate banking rails with wealth tools, aiming for a seamless, secure, high-value client experience for HNW/UHNW clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Digital Banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, CS, or related field.
• Deep understanding of payment rails (Fedwire, SWIFT, ACH) and the payment lifecycle.
• Experience with AML/KYC and payment compliance.
• Experience with Agile engineering teams and APIs/microservices.
• Proven ability to deliver high-end digital experiences for HNW/UHNW clients.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and present complex trade-offs clearly.
• Experience with account validation and verification processes.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year roadmap for Wire and ACH products, prioritizing features that reduce friction.
• Benchmark against competitors to ensure market-leading client experience.
• Advocate for Total Wealth visibility across accounts and payment methods.
• Lead modernization of domestic and international payments (Fedwire, SWIFT, ACH).
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for wire transfers and ACH payments.
• Translate AML/KYC, OFAC requirements into intuitive solutions.
• Implement real-time processing and balance updates for large payment volumes.
• Drive automation in processing workflows and optimize routing by rails.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Financial Advisors.
• Coordinate with banks, ACH operators, and vendors to optimize processing.
• Define North Star metrics and monitor adoption, speed, accuracy, and satisfaction.
• Leverage client analytics to identify pain points and iterate on UX.
• Drive data-driven decision making and A/B testing.
