Job summary

RBC Capital Markets, LLC in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Cash Products to evolve RBC Wealth Management-US’s cash suite. You will own end-to-end product responsibility for Debit Cards, Checks, and Wires, delivering a private-banking style digital experience for HNW/UHNW clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field.
• 7+ years in Product Management, within Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Consumer Digital Banking.
• Deep understanding of payment rails (ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT) and the lifecycle of debit card processing.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with engineering to deploy APIs and microservices.
• Proven track record delivering high-end digital experiences for wealth clients; simplicity is a luxury.
• Exceptional ability to influence senior leadership (Director/MD levels) and present trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year roadmap for operational cash, prioritizing features that reduce friction in moving and spending money.
• Benchmark cash products against competitors and fintechs to ensure a market-leading experience.
• Advocate for Total Wealth visibility, enabling cash view/movement across brokerage and banking accounts.
• Lead delivery of new banking features, modernizing Wires and Digital Debit Card management.
• Own the lifecycle of Check-related services, including remote deposit capture and digital check ordering/management.
• Translate regulatory/compliance requirements into intuitive user stories and specs.
• Partner with Consumer Digital Product teams to leverage rails while tailoring UI/UX for Wealth clients.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance to meet AML/KYC standards for money-movement features.
• Work with Financial Advisors to gather feedback and empower the advisor-client relationship.
• Define and track North Star metrics (Cash-to-AUM, digital adoption, debit card interchange).
• Use client analytics to identify pain points in the money-movement funnel.
