Job summary

RBC Wealth Management-US seeks a Senior Product Manager for Cash Products to lead the evolution of the cash management suite for HNW/UHNW clients. You will own end-to-end product responsibility for Debit Cards, Checks, and Wires, integrating these services into a modern digital ecosystem.

You will bridge traditional wealth management with consumer digital banking, delivering a private-bank experience with strong regulatory alignment and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field.
• 7+ years in Product Management within Wealth Management or Digital Banking.
• Deep understanding of payment rails (ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT) and debit card lifecycle.
• Experience working in Agile with engineering teams to deploy APIs/microservices.
• Proven track record delivering high-end digital experiences for wealth clients.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and present complex trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year roadmap for operational cash at RBC Wealth Management-US.
• Benchmark RBC’s cash products against competitors to ensure market-leading experience.
• Advocate for Total Wealth visibility across accounts and flows.
• Lead delivery of new banking features: wires and digital debit card mgmt.
• Own Check-related services lifecycle: RDC and digital check ordering.
• Translate regulatory/compliance requirements into user stories and specs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance to meet AML/KYC standards.
• Work with Financial Advisors to gather feedback and improve tooling.
• Define and track North Star metrics for cash-to-AUM and adoption rates.
• Analyze client analytics to identify pain points in money movement.
