Kimley-Horn is seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager, Practice Builder to expand our Structures-Bridge practice in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. You will grow the practice, lead projects, and mentor staff while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality design, leading teams, and pursuing opportunities with owners, contractors, and design teams. A PE license and 10+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of diversified structural and bridge engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Experience leading client-focused projects in civil/structures-bridge domains.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a structures-bridge practice; lead project teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry peers.
• Perform and review structural design calculations and prepare submittal packages.
• Conduct site investigations and document field observations.
• Mentor staff and transition work to qualified engineers.
• Identify project opportunities through networking with clients.
