Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Practice Builder to expand our Roadway practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. You will lead complex engineering design tasks, marketing efforts, and client engagement while growing the roadway design practice in local markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing roadway projects.
• Registered Florida P.E. license.
• Proven ability to win and deliver local roadway work.
• Experience with full lifecycle of roadway projects.
• Strong client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand roadway practice in the local market focused on roadway/highway/municipal projects.
• Lead design and delivery of projects profitably while engaging in design issues.
• Manage projects, transition work to qualified staff, mentor team.
• Provide vision, business planning, strategy, and goal setting.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships and foster collaboration.
