Job summary

CSC Generation seeks a Senior Product Manager, Platform, Integrations, and Data to own the back-office systems and data foundations for the Retail Platform. You will drive platform strategy across OMS, data contracts, and integration patterns in a lean 3-person product team.

You’ll own end-to-end responsibility, move fast, and collaborate with engineering, data, and operations to improve fulfillment efficiency and governance while exploring AI and automation where it adds value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise commerce backbone experience with order management, catalog, warehouse, POS, and related systems.
• Experience automating data-driven processes and workflows.
• Fluent with SQL, data modeling, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to align engineering, data, operations, and business teams around OKRs and KPIs.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity on a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own platform execution and roadmap for core retail platforms, integrations, and data foundations.
• Lead OMS-adjacent capabilities: order lifecycle, inventory visibility, fulfillment orchestration, routing, and returns.
• Define integration patterns, APIs, and data contracts across OMS, POS, ERP, WMS, CEP, CDP, and analytics.
• Partner with Data and Analytics to enable self-serve insights and experimentation.
• Research and scorecard platform/vendor options; inform build-vs-buy decisions.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to reduce costs and speed fulfillment.
