Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher company, seeks a Senior Commercial Product Manager to drive commercialization of Gene Editing therapeutics and related services. You will coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Quality to launch differentiated products and maximize growth across the portfolio.

The role is fully remote and reports to the VP of Gene Editing Therapeutics, with travel up to 30% as needed to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred in science fields.
• 7+ years client-facing product management or sales with 5+ years in life sciences.
• Experience with regulated biotech/pharma products and CDMO services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality to launch and manage Gene Editing products.
• Develop plans and pricing strategies to forecast annual orders, revenue and margin growth.
• Manage lifecycle of products and custom manufacturing services toward end-of-life strategy.
• Deliver sales training and support funnel growth; assist key accounts and client discussions.
