Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of project or program management experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
• Experience supporting supply chain optimization and manufacturing network transformation.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical product portfolios and manufacturing operations.
• Experience with external manufacturing organizations, CMOs, or CDMOs.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a matrix environment.
• Experience with governance, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Support a large, multi-workstream pharmaceutical network optimization program, coordinating plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and execution across initiatives.
• Coordinate projects involving external manufacturing partners, product transfers, site transitions, and network changes.
• Support manufacturing footprint optimization, supply continuity, and portfolio transitions.
• Maintain program dashboards, project trackers, status reports, and executive materials.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, resource requirements, and financial performance; identify variances.
• Monitor risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and milestones; drive follow-up.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across the US and Europe for alignment.
• Provide leadership support, prepare meeting materials, and document decisions.
• Take ownership of hands-on project execution when needed.
