The candidate should have a strong background in clinical development, PM methodologies, and leadership of cross-functional teams in pharma/biotech/CRO settings. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing global clinical trials in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from initiation to closeout.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development processes and PM methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with sponsors/stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans to meet study goals and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams and oversee day-to-day trial activities.
• Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to define scope and objectives.
