Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to join a global CRO supporting development programs across Cardiovascular, Hepatology/Liver Disease, Obesity, and Dermatology. The Senior CPM will lead global clinical trials, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met across these therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities include leading trial planning, stakeholder collaboration, and robust risk management, while mentoring teams and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Extensive global clinical project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry.
• Experience in Cardiovascular, Hepatology/Liver Disease, or Obesity; Dermatology experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of global clinical trials across therapeutic areas.
• Lead cross-functional global teams and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and strategy.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution to achieve milestones.
