Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to support global Internal Medicine programs. You will lead cross-functional clinical teams, oversee study execution, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in a full-time remote role.

Required: bachelor's or master's in PM, Life Sciences, or related field, plus extensive global clinical trial leadership in pharma/biotech/CRO. Cardiovascular experience is preferred; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing global clinical trials in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Proven track record leading complex clinical research projects from initiation to closeout.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations and PM methodologies.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Cardiovascular clinical research experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans to meet study goals, timelines and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and oversee day-to-day activities.
• Collaborate with sponsors, clients and internal stakeholders to define scope and objectives.
• Monitor performance, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
• Develop project documentation, reports and study updates for clients.
• Implement PM methodologies and best practices across programs.
• Support strategic planning and organizational growth through effective leadership.
