We seek a software professional with 5+ years of Windows-based development, strong C# and .NET Core skills, and a passion for secure, testable software. You will work on Wayne payment products in a hybrid environment and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent working knowledge in OO programming.
• 5+ years of software development experience in Windows environments.
• C# and .NET Core coding experience using Visual Studio IDE.
• Strong object-oriented and multi-threading programming skills.
• Familiar with design patterns and secure cryptographic fundamentals.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Experience with hardware devices and testing in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Understand, design and develop new functions for Wayne payment products and integrations.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and maintain the product backlog with guidance.
• Complete assignments in each sprint with minimal supervision.
• Triage customer-reported field issues with support teams.
• Contribute to design and code reviews, ensuring high quality.
