• Proven experience in product management for B2B SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of payments, merchant services, or fintech ecosystems.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end.
• Define product vision, functionality, and workflows.
• Turn ideas into MVPs, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with engineering to scope and prepare work for development.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and project management.
• Gather and prioritize feedback from merchants and internal teams.
• Evaluate features, workflows, and platform functionality.
• Define success metrics and use data to guide decisions.
• Own execution, outcomes, and product accountability.
