Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS), part of Dover Corporation, is seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager to lead our Customer Success team in Texas. You will oversee day-to-day operations and shape future strategy for platforms serving single-site operators to large brands.

You will manage product lines including Media/Marketing Platforms, Remote Diagnostics, Fleet Fueling, POS, Tank Management, and EV charging solutions, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and deploying customers.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Team Leadership: foster growth and positive culture for customers and colleagues.
• Customer Advocacy: influence product development with a Chief Customer Officer mindset.
