Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the Optimization and Licensing Assessment (OLA) program, spanning Microsoft, Database, Storage, and more. You will define strategy, roadmap, and execution to achieve targets and adapt to changing conditions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor and partner relationships, and shape go-to-market strategies while gathering customer feedback to drive feature requests and future roadmaps.

Formación

• Experience leading cross-functional programs and coordinating release schedules.
• 5+ years in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• 5+ years in program management, workforce strategy, or metrics-driven decision making.
• Experience shaping strategies that influence leadership decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the OLA program strategy, owning the roadmap, annual goals, and delivery targets across multiple assessment offerings with vendor negotiations.
• Build dashboards and forecasting models, surfacing actionable insights for program investment and priorities.
• Manage third‑party vendor and consulting partner relationships, including alignment and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Service, Field, and Program teams on go-to-market strategy and planning documents.
• Gather customer and partner feedback to inform feature requests and roadmapping with product and engineering.
