Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Open Source Strategy and Marketing team. The role focuses on high-visibility, strategic programs impacting customer experience and perception, with a software development background and strong PM experience to execute complex projects.

The candidate will drive strategy and roadmap, collaborate with business and development teams globally, and manage project execution with a bias for action and attention to detail.

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

Influence cross-disciplinary teams to design new business processes and solutions.
Define functional requirements, high-level processes, and system solutions.
Take full responsibility for programs from design phase to implementation.
Develop project plans and manage milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and post-mortems.
