Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Product Manager to own the Optimization and Licensing Assessment (OLA) program, defining strategy, roadmaps, and execution to meet targets and adapt to changing conditions.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Service and Field teams, manage vendor and partner relationships, and translate customer feedback into feature requests for future roadmaps.

Qualificações

• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
• 5+ years of in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making experience
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience presenting to both technical and non‑technical executive audiences
• Bachelor's degree

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the OLA program strategy, owning the roadmap, annual goals, and delivery targets across multiple assessment offerings while identifying and negotiating complex partner and vendor deals
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and forecasting models, interpreting data from analytical tools to surface actionable business recommendations that guide program investment and priorities
• Manage the lifecycle of third-party vendor and consulting partner relationships, including roadmap alignment, incentive design, invoicing, and commercial coordination
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Service teams, Field teams, and aligned Program teams to represent the OLA program in go‑to‑market strategy and contribute to planning documents
• Gather and synthesize customer and partner feedback to inform product feature requests and future road‑mapping decisions, working directly with product and engineering organizations
