Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Operations Improvement in Burlington, MA. Hybrid schedule, 40 hours/week, primarily daytime with occasional evenings.

Lead high-priority initiatives across clinical and business domains, delivering on time and on budget. You will develop project plans, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and present data-driven findings to leadership while collaborating with Finance, IT, HR, Strategy, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years of related experience in consulting, PM, performance/process improvement, or clinical operations.
• Strong ability to analyze complex problems and present data clearly.
• Advanced MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Support high-priority initiatives through data collection, analysis, PM, and reporting.
• Manage multi-workstream projects with independence; use PM tools like SmartSheet.
• Oversee team members; support PM training and process improvement methodologies.
• Design analyses to inform decisions; build financial models with Finance.
• Support regulatory reporting with quantitative and qualitative data.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across the system.
• Develop tools to track performance; maintain project dashboards.
• Facilitate meetings and drive decisions; support committees and teams.
• Present findings in written, visual, and oral formats to diverse audiences.
• Prioritize projects to meet guidelines and timelines.
