Job summary

BethIsrael Lahey Health's Burlington campus seeks a Lead Construction Project Manager to direct renovation and infrastructure projects across campus and off-site locations. You will oversee IHCT, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include developing scopes, budgets, and implementation plans; reviewing documentation; leading cross-functional teams; and reporting progress to executive leadership while maintaining patient-care operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering preferred or equivalent trade experience.
• Valid driver’s license; Certified Healthcare Constructor within 1 year of hire.
• 5+ years managing healthcare or institutional construction projects.
• Knowledge of ILSM, ICRA, PCRA processes applicable to scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction/renovation projects across campuses and off-sites.
• Coordinate IHCT, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure quality.
• Develop scope, budgets, schedules, procurement, and execution plans.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and infection control measures.
• Report progress to leadership and stakeholders; manage documentation.
