Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 7–10 years of related experience in consulting, project management, performance improvement, or clinical operations.
• Strong ability to analyze complex problems and present data clearly; develop compelling visuals.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and evaluation of high-priority initiatives with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Manage multi-workstream projects, developing workplans and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee team members and support local training in project management and process improvement methodologies.
• Perform analyses to inform decisions and monitor performance; build financial models with stakeholders.
• Support regulatory reporting with data synthesis from across the system.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across IT, HR, Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Marketing.
• Develop tools and dashboards to track performance and identify drivers.
• Facilitate project-related meetings and drive decisions; support committees and teams.
• Present findings in written, visual, and oral formats to diverse audiences; create data-driven presentations.
• Prioritize projects to meet guidelines and timeframes.
