Job summary

onX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to unlock the ground-truth data generated by millions of outdoor customers and to build shared platform capabilities adopted across Hunt, Offroad, Backcountry, and Fish. You will partner with engineering, design, and product teams to define scalable solutions that activate customer-generated data across the platform.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience leading software products or platforms, including at least 4 years in product management.
• Experience building platform capabilities that enable multiple internal teams.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to develop strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization balancing immediacy with long-term scalability.
• Experience using AI to improve product discovery, analysis, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and build scalable platform capabilities across verticals.
• Lead discovery to identify high-impact areas and translate insights into a roadmap.
• Own shared platform capabilities for multiple product teams.
• Balance needs of individual products with reusable platform value.
• Lead a cross-functional squad through discovery, delivery, and iteration.
• Establish trust and ensure data quality and responsible data use.
