Job summary

onX is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will contribute to meaningful, real-world outcomes across our Platform Product team. You’ll unlock ground-truth data contributed by millions of outdoor customers and build shared platform capabilities used by Hunt, Offroad, Backcountry, and Fish.

You’ll define how we collect, structure, and activate customer-generated data, partnering with engineering, design, and product to deliver scalable, data-driven experiences while balancing ambiguity with

Qualifications

• Eight or more years leading software products or platforms, incl. 4+ years in PM.
• Experience building platform capabilities, APIs, or shared services.
• Proven ability to define strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with AI to improve product discovery and execution.
• Commitment to customer data quality, trust, and responsible use.
• Hands-on operating style with strategic and day-to-day execution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and alignment with company values.
• US work authorization and willingness to travel quarterly.
